My hair grew 1 cm in one week. They grow so fast. They do not fall out, to be fair, the are more strong. But you need to use a conditioner with this shampoo.

Fabulous shampoo, I only use this three times a week and can honestly say this has helped me. In 2017 I did chemo and didn’t use this. In 2020 chemo again, but this time I used and continue to use this, and am a good 11 months ahead with my hair growth compared to last time.I did use the shampoo and conditioner to begin with, but am now just using the shampoo.

I've already left a review about this product a year or so ago, but I just want to reiterate that it does exactly what it says it will do. I have very fine, and quite thin hair and about 7 months ago, I made the decision to 'embrace' my greying roots and stop dyeing it. So, I had my long, 6-inches past my shoulders, hair cut off 3 weeks ago, to try and get rid of most of the dyed length. But unfortunately, my hairdresser (not my normal one) didn't do a great job, and I ended up with hair about 2 inches shorter than I wanted it and it doesn't even touch my shoulders now. I just look like I'm wearing a bad wig! So, I went back to using FAST shampoo & conditioner. And after 3 weeks, my hair is now just about touching my shoulders. There's no way it would've grown this much, this quickly, on its own. I use the shampoo every day and conditioner, twice a week. I lather and leave it in for a couple of mins, then rinse. I leave the conditioner in for about a min and rinse. Obviously it depends on your hair length and thickness on how much you need to use, but I only need about a 1.5cm blob to get a good lather. It smells nice, it lathers well, and cleans your hair amazingly! The only slightly negative thing for me, is the price. There are other cheaper brands that claim to do the same thing, but as I know this definitely works, I'm loathe to try anything else. Massively recommend to anyone who wants, or needs their hair to grow a bit faster that it would normally.

In order to test this product, I took 'Before' 'During' and 'After' photos and measured the same section of hair with a ruler. I have kinky, curly, natural afro hair, and I am growing out a short haircut. Anyone who has ever had a pixie cut understands the growing out process is very painful. I tried this out first before buying a set for my mate's birthday. I showed her my photos and she was surprised at the results I got. I originally purchased the shampoo and conditioner together, but this time around I just purchased the shampoo as I just fancied my own conditioner, as it gives more slip for detangling. I used the shampoo and conditioner daily. The shampoo was a bit clarifying so my curls shrunk like a wool jumper on a hot wash but with my regular moisturising routine after shampooing my hair did not dry out. So it's best to concentrate on your scalp only. As I used this daily, the shampoo lasted longer than the conditioner for me, because I used more of it. I started out with a section of hair that was 2 inches long and one month later that same section of hair was 2 3/4 inches...nearly an inch in a month. I am not sure how much my hair grows on it's own, but it grew more than the average of 1/2 inch per month. One thing I may need to do is let it sit on my scalp a bit longer, as when I am in the shower it's a quick wash and rinse.
