Updated review: When I initially received the chair, both of the arm rests were broken as shown in the images attached. I contacted the seller and they were very nice and quick to respond. They offered to send new arm rests at no additional cost. Unfortunately, when those arrived, one of them was also split. I assume the issue is how the pieces are packaged and shipped, so I recommended they improve the padding, etc. of the packing and they said they would do that.I decided to try to salvage the pieces I did receive. I used wood glue and clamps on the least damaged arm rest and let it dry overnight. Then I sanded them down and assembled the chair the next day. So far it has held up ok, but you can see the line of wood glue where I repaired it.Comfort-wise, the chair is on the firm side but comfortable. Luckily it comes with a matching lumbar pillow which is nice since the seat is quite deep. Seat height is good (I am about 5'9").

I used this for my office space and they are absolutely perfect ! They are firm enough so a person doesn’t sink in . I would recommend!

She’s super cute, mid-level comfort, wouldn’t want to sit in it all night but great for parties or just general extra seating

Update: updated to 3 stars as customer service hs been good. They shipped me a new chair because they don’t have replacement parts. I have not built it yet. Will build it and then use it and update my review if the chairs hold up. Note that these are being used as occasional chairs and won’t get a lot of regular use and therefore should last a long time.These chairs look nice but they are junk. I knew when I unpacked the pieces that the quality was poor but decided to build them and give them a try. I built them, sat in one and the wood snapped immediately. I’m 120 lbs. picture included. I have initiated a return but as of now, it looks like I have to take them apart and ship them back to the buyer which is ridiculous. I’ve messaged the seller and if the customer service is good, I’ll provide an update.

After speaking directly with the manufacturer, the concerns that I expressed earlier have been addressed completely. I am satisfied with the resolution and they provided Customer Service that exceeded my expectations. Thank you
