BJ #3 PET Kit - Winemaking Set (6 bt Size)

I’m super happy with this purchase! I’m currently in the fermenting stage of making my own wine, and I’m glad I found such an affordable kit to get started with this hobby. Since I’m new to winemaking, I had a few uncertainties, but Helen from Bigger Jugs was incredibly helpful. She provided guidance and support to ensure I had a smooth winemaking process. On top of that, she replaced my damaged lid and measuring jug free of charge—amazing customer service! Big shoutout to Helen and this fantastic wine-making kit. I highly recommend it to anyone starting their winemaking journey!

Love it, but stir slowly! Instructions are limited, however, it makes you learn by doing and there are some great videos on YouTube. It is cheap but great quality. You can try your hand at making your own. If it's not for you its not much money to lose. It is fun and drinking your own brew you cant beat it. Bucket too small?? No, it's actually perfect for what you're making and you won't fall over it like the bigger buckets. You will love making 6 bottles and when you master 6 bottles, you will upgrade to 30 really quick. Have fun and give it a try, if you love it like I do, buy a bigger set and give this to a friend. Can you tell I 💘 it😋

This kit had everything I needed to get started in homebrewing mead and wines. Everything is of great quality, and well packaged, my only gripe is that the fit on the lid for the fermenting bucket does not seal well, and there was no option of a pre-drilled lid to attach a grommet and airlock to. Other than that the instructions included do a decent job to make it easy enough to use for a novice brewer. Functionally great, with only a few minor tweaks needed for optimal performance!

I wanted to have a go at homemade sake, this kit was great. You do need to get a bottle brush to reuse the large bottle but to try out a new hobby without spending a fortune or as a nice present for someone this kit is ideal at this price point.

The kit is ok as a starter kit as everything needed appears to be there, however there were no instructions, and being an absolute beginner it would have been useful to have some, especially where the hydrometer and demijohn air lock is concerned. There is still one piece of the kit I have no idea what it's for, hopefully I will find out as I progress.

I bought this for my son as he wanted to make blackberry wine. The kit was excellent and the wine is coming along nicely, just about to rack it off the sediment again. There isn't enough steriliser included though so make sure you have extra before you start any projects.

Only wanted a small kit to restart my hobby. Thos does the trick perfectly.
