Product should work as expected. Reason for the low rating is the description states package of 10. Only received a package of 5.

Color shows beige - chocolate delivered.
Function is perfect. White would be most desirable color.

No issue with the functionality of the product, but I received BLACK clamps — not the tan pictured in the listing. They’re being installed on an Oak ceiling, so the lighter color was much preferred.

Like the other review, Ordered these specifically for the light color. They are not tan, they are black. They work but not as shown.
