I can definitely feel a difference with this over my usual multivitamin. I'm almost done with my first box and plan to order some more. It's a few dollars more but definitely worth it.

These vitamins were recommended by a personal trainer and I’ve been taking them for years even though I’m not training anymore. They still give me energy and are a great supplement. My doctor says all vitals are excellent when I go for my checkups!

These vitamins are decent they are kinda big and hard to swallow. Some of the tablets begin to dissolve in your mouth. If these came in a smaller easy to take from I would repurchase them.

These vitamins are good and I do believe they definitely gave me noticeable energy. However, they are expensive. You get 30 packs for $28, whereas with Animal Pak, you get 44 packs for around $25. Now, I know, Animal Pak technically requires two packs per day for a serving, but only the most extreme body builders will really need two packs per day. For the normal person, Animal Pak is a much better value.What I will say about these vitamins is that they don't stink as bad as Animal Pak (though they still don't smell good). The pills are also smaller. Animal Pak has one horse pill, two large pills, four medium pills, and four small pills. With Beverly International's Super Pak, the largest pill is about equivalent to an Animal Pak "large" pill and there is only one of them. Having said that, you get what you swallow. Less pills and smaller pills means there is far less nutritional value. Don't believe me? Just compare the supplement facts for both supplements. The one thing Super Pak has that Animal Pak doesn't that interests me is Ox Bile. It's good for the digestive system and just sounds cool.

I'm on my second order. Immediately I did notice that my cravings went away (sweets). I feel better overall. I will say though, it does affect on your stomach (won't be graphic, but may vary by user).Overall, the fact that my cravings went away immediately was super.
