Great first set
Taylors Eye Witness made my first set of knives, I had them all in different colours though, and now that I am about to give my friend his first new set of knivesI thought that the same brand would be perfect.I know that these kind of painted knives do scratch up as time passes, but I don’t think that detracts from them. The soft handles are new and a really lovely touch, and while the knives are not heavy to hold in your hand, these new handles make the grip much easier. They don’t blunt that quickly but I do find that they need sharpening occasionally, and this set comes with an easy to use sharpener. I can’t wait to give these as a present!
