how many cupcakes can you make ?

It depends on the size of the cupcake case used. Traditional size cupcake cases I made 18, but the children found that the cake was too small to go with the amount of icing needed to cover the cake. I have since used muffin cases and we made 12. These went down a treat!

When cooked are the coloured bits completely melted or still have texture?

the candy bits still have texture according to my brother looks lush but i don't eat it

What is better.. making it with eggs? Or just with the egg whites?

I always use all of the egg. I believe it needs the yolks too.
