The design is nice and very easy to clean.

We bought this as an alternative to a Teasmade. The tea holder is a bit too short if you only want two cups of tea so we have to build extra water. It's quite a loud kettle too. But it works and it is nice looking.

this product offers quality. The colorless section is glass. If you are using tap water in uk i recommed fitering it before adding into this kettle otherwise as of other kettles you would need to clean it frequently. It gives the option of having herbal tea as it has a speacial section i recommend not to use it as it boils from the base color comes out of the tea and herbal tea likely to sick on the base. It is easily cleaned but not practical. The button on the down side allows to keep water warm even if you forget putting water into your cup.

We loved the design of this little kettle. The mesh filter inside is of very high quality. You would buy filter only at T2 for £20 or more. The problem is base plate is made of a very thin plastic. It arrived broken and could not use it. Even if the delivery / handling treats it harshly it must be able to take a degree of it. The box is a bit creased but the damage inside is not proportionate assuming that crease was the reason for the crack. I would more more than happy to keep the top as a jug because I love the design. Unfortunately destined for return tomorrow.

Looks nice, functional. Plastic smell of the water, which hasn't disappeared for a few weeks. We hope the smell will disappear after a while.

Useful, safe, handy. Keep warm function working great. No sign of rusting after 3 months of usage. fits with common teapots. definitely recommended.

I like the fact that its bright and cheery but it also keeps the water warm so that one can have a second cup of tea at a hot temperature without switching it on again. I intend to use it as a tea maker in the bedroom.
