Very good product but.... I suffer from indigestion and Im on regular Omeprazol 20 mg tablets which didn't feel is enough and in the morning I used to have horrible acidy burn in my throat. I had to use extra Rennie tablets. With Quest Enzyme all this has gone. I started to take one tablet with breakfest and two with lunch and dinner. It felt lovely my stomache and all gases gone as well and tummy was nice flat :). But unfortunatelly I started to suffer from constipation, had to take Senna tablets and stop take QE to be able to have my bowls open. Now I'm taking only 2 tablets with lunch or dinner, depends which I plan to be bigger but still need to take senna. I never sufffered from constipation (at least so regular). I'll continue to take QE and see how it works for me in longer time?

I'm so happy with these, just annoyed I didnt try them sooner. Im a petite size 8, exercise and am very careful with my diet. I always seemed to have a bloated tummy though- as soon as I ate anything I looked 6 months pregnant. This annoyed me so much as I work so hard to eat well. I went to the doctors on multiple occasions- IBS suggested and also sent for scan. Nothing found. I just resigned myself to thinking that I had to live with it- this has been for years. I've tried medication and charcoal - nothing worked.I got these tablets 2-3 days ago and the results were instant. I've been taking 2 with meals. No more uncomfortable bloating, my tummy is how it should look and when I wake up in the morning it's flat!! I'm going to try alter the dose and see what's the lowest amount I can get away with as I'm a bit worried about taking so many. I'm not if this is connected but I have a very active job and was hungry all the time- often waking up in the night with hunger pains and having to eat. Since taking these tablets this hasn't happened and I haven't felt as hungry during the day. I feel like I have a normal stomach at last!! Would 100% recommend for bloating- it's definitely worth a try and I will be buying again.

Arrived sealed and the product is packaged is in a glass bottle. These are easy to swallow has a slight peppermint after taste. This product is very good, aids a balanced digestion and with no more bloating. I have no issues. Excellent product I have placed a second order.

Think they work but can’t be sure because I still feel bloated after taking 2 (but maybe I’m less bloated than I would be if I hadn’t?)They definitely don’t work as well as my other two digestive enzymes but they were cheap so you get what you pay for I guess. Seem like they’d be better for light meals/snacks

I had so many little individual problems that were so easily dismissed that when I was finally diagnosed with a thyroid problem I was relieved and realised that each one of them was a sympton. Its now made me think about how my body works and i analyse every little thing and things I thought of as individual problems I now look at more closely and in some cases link them for an answer to my ongoing battle with my general health which is not good. In doing this, and with research on the Internet I realised that my sluggish bowel (once maybe twice a week if lucky and i have gone longer) bloating, sickness, acid, tiredness etc may be a result of poor digestion which would also link in with my gallbladder removal. so I thought I would give the digestive enzymes a go. Well so far so good. I have been trying to religiously take them and if I forget still take them regardless of time. With these tablets I have been going nearly everyday. Some days better than others (if you get my drift re amount)! My stomach doesnt look like I'm 7 months pregnant as the day goes on (although it's not a miracle cure for my flabby belly)! My trousers do not feel as tight around my waist. Im not too sure about energy yet as I have been laid low with yet another ailment and feel at the moment I couldnt give a fair view on that. I have ordered a different product to take when these run out only because they appear to have higher mg levels of the ingredients but they are twice the price. If they are no different I will keep going with this product.

I specifically wanted a natural digestive enzyme with no magnesium stearate added. I looked carefully and the ingredients list is misleading. It was only when the item arrived I could see the actual ingredients list, and it does contain magnesium stearate. Such a waste of money as Amazon aren't offering their usual refund, but I have to ring the manufacturer instead.
