How soon can I use my heat pad again after the automatic switch-off?

The automatic switch-off function is there as a safety precaution. To continue using for your heat pad for longer, simply slide the control to zero, wait a short while for the item to cool, and then slide it back to your chosen temperature setting.

Can I leave my heat pad to warm up and come back to it?

Whilst you can safely do this, our heat pads warm up most efficiently when they are placed against your body, as this prevents the heat from escaping. For this reason, we recommend you switch the heat pad on when you are ready to use it.
