Easy to use but very cheap all the accessories brake after 10 mins of using them

Value for money, but terrible attachments
Works reasonably well, no torque, all speed, as expected.The bits you get with this tool break within minutes. Brushes i used, lost all bristles within 5 minutes. Cutting Disk holder loses its thread as soon as tool is turned on, had to superglue it.The tool also vibrates a bit, making it difficult to engrave in small movements, but you can get used to that.

Excellent tool, bits are flimsy.
Excellent tool however, the bits provided are flimsy and come apart as soon as they touch your piece of work. Wear safety goggles as the wire brushes and polish wheels really do fly apart straight away. Struggling to find worthy replacements because of the small chuck size.

Casing cracked so unable to carry in case.
The product looks good. Although I bought it for a Christmas present and when opened on Christmas day the casing was cracked. How do I get it replaced?
