Brilliant for ball obsessed Jack Russell
Absolutely brilliant ball for my ball-obsessed Jack Russell. Very robust and unbreakable. She loves running about after it so much.

Amazing fun but gets stuck!
I bought this for my patterdale terrier, she is an extremely hyper dog and a herding ball was recommended to me by her trainer. She is OBSESSED with this ball and I was hoping I had finally found a toy that she could wear herself out with, without too much intervention from me. Well, she certainly wears herself out, but because the ball is about the size of a football it gets stuck in corners, nooks and crannies and she literally screams until you release it for her. We have a very big garden, so I stacked wood in most of the corners so the ball can’t as easily become stuck, but it still gets caught up sometimes around bushes or trees. On that note, I recommend the biggest version you can afford (this seller doesn’t offer really big ones and they’re VERY expensive elsewhere). They are very lightweight, so even a small dog could push a big one around. My dog is about the size of a tall JRT and manages fine. I wouldn’t buy the smaller one again (8inch), for the reasons mentioned above. In terms of quality, she can’t get her chops round it (though she tries), so I can’t imagine she will destroy it anytime soon. It is all scratched up and pitted from lots of play, so it collects dirt easily, but I just run it under the hose after each use. I hide it in a cupboard when we are not using it (I get tired of retrieving it from corners and listening to her scream when it’s stuck) and she will sit in front of the cupboard and whine until I get it out again - so, a great toy that your dog will love, but expect to offer lots of help with play if you’re using it in a fenced in space. We don’t take it to the park because she dribbles it too far, often into people, and we almost lost it once when she dribbled it right into a river and it was no easy task to retrieve it.

Great toy but sizing needs updating (especially for Bull Terriers!)
Neville loves his Boomer Ball however the 6” one is too small for a Minature Bull Terrier! Once he gets his teeth into it he will destroy it, the blue one lasted a week! (We had another 6” one that lasted about 1 month. We got another figuring 1 per month would not be too bad but he’s punctured this one in a week) He’s had the larger red one for months now and can even be left with it as he cannot get a grip on it. Now need to try an 8” one if Boomer are happy to send one and see if it survives with a mini Bull Terrier!

Seems Pretty Tough
So far so good! Surprised at how hard the plastic is, sounds like it's gonna break when it hits something hard. But it feels tougher than it sounds. Too big to chew, so should last. My dog seems to like it, he gets a bit frustrated cos he can't bite it lol

Boomer Ball has been a game-changer.
The Boomer Ball 6 inch is hands down the best dog toy I have ever purchased. My dog is an aggressive chewer, and we have gone through countless toys that barely last a day. However, the Boomer Ball has been a game-changer. Not only is the Boomer Ball virtually indestructible, but it is also a boredom-busting toy that keeps my dog entertained for hours. It's shaped like a football, which makes it easy for my dog to carry and play with. The 6-inch size is perfect for my medium-sized dog, but they offer different sizes to accommodate different breeds. The ball is made of a tough, hard plastic material that has stood up to my dog's powerful jaws. It's also easy to clean and sanitize, which is especially important during these times. Overall, I highly recommend the Boomer Ball 6 inch as the best dog toy for any aggressive chewers out there. It's a little more expensive than some of the other toys out there, but the quality and longevity make it well worth the investment. I will definitely be purchasing another one when the time comes.

4+ years of play
Bought this ball for my one year old border collie at the time. This is her all time favourite ball. She’s now 5 and has been playing with it for 4 years. At first she wasn’t sure of it because she couldn’t pick it up, but over time, she’s learned to get a lot of power behind it, to the point she can push it high into the air. She has a lot of fun herding this ball and even knows where it is when we hide it away, since it can be loud rolling around on the patio. Not sure if the manufacturing of this ball has changed since I bought it. As our version doesn’t have indents of dogs printed into it. Although it’s so scratched up now you can’t tell. It’s been sturdy and durable for the last 4 years.

Can’t recommend this more
Oh my goodness BEST Purchase I have made for my collie pup! Absolutely loves herding this ball! Hard thick plastic means he cannot and will not destroy it. It won’t bounce due to what it’s made of Colour is bright and they come in different sizes for different breeds and even horses! I use this to work his herding brain and get those instincts of his working in a constructive manner. Surface is smooth so he happily pushes with his nose no issues and no injuries to his nose or face. Love it !

Our Aussie loves and adores this ball! We have purchased so many herding balls, and they have never lasted more than 24 hours - even with supervision. This ball appears to be indestructible! He gleefully chases it around and around the yard. Perfection!

Der Ball ist cool, Grösse eines Handballs. Mein Hund kann nicht reinbeissen. Allerdings versucht sie es...hoffentlich kann der Kiefer nicht ausrenken.

I do not know how to feel about this ball. It is very hard, our dog gets very frustrated that he can not get it and he barks at it a lot. If you have a bigger dog it might be easier , but for my shicon he can just push it around but he would like to bite it.
