Great product
Was recommended this to help with my sleep patterns. Has helped me sleep through with occasional wake ups. Tasteless which is great!

Great for digestive and gut health, great value for money
I’ve been using this for a couple of years now and really think that it helps with gut and digestive health. I mix it into my plain yoghurt for breakfast, it doesn’t flavour it so I add either fruit or a flavoured protein powder. It’s important to start using this product sparingly and increase gradually. If you go straight in at a teaspoon a day rather than 1/4 teaspoon you could end up with tummy ache and flatulence!The packet lasts for ages so it’s very good value for money.

A little help
I ordered this for my dog as he has tummy issues. Then I read the reviews when I got it and started using it myself.Firstly, we eat a lot of veg and salads so I didn’t introduce myself slowly and have had no ill effect as a result. I have a teaspoon before bed mixed into a glass of water.I’ve noticed two things. I sleep much better and have a lot less of a grumbly tummy in the morning. I can’t say for sure it’s the inulin but it does seem like an odd coincidence. Rumbly tummy comes back when we go away and I don’t have my trusty bag for a night cap too or it could be the stress of sleeping away from home.Either way I’m pleased as it appears to have helped me with things I didn’t notice I needed help with.

Different taste?
I have found this helps with my digestion. ButOn purchasing my last packet the flavour appears to be different and not very palatable.
