Great machine
Great machine if you know what you are doing. No software is included, so I downloaded SignBlazer elements and it worked a dream.If you have zero computer skills, then you'll get frustrated (and probably frustrate you 'computer' friend (everyone has one) trying to get it explained to you).Machine is of very good quality and accuracy. Largest cut I have done is 2meters in length; it maintained it's repeatability very well for a machine of this price. +-0.25mm in my opinion.

I called them and they sad that i can order it on their site
I used it 3 times and the laser is not working anymore. I called them and they sad that i can order it on their site. Despite of the fact that the international minimium order is 3000$, i found the message "We are no longer carrying the GoldCut series cutters or replacement parts. The manufacturer discontinued the GoldCut line of cutters,and we no longer have access to replacement parts."Worst deal.

it's by far better than expected works perfect so far
I was surprised by the quality, and price of this cutter; it's by far better than expected works perfect so far, just need the proper software,and setting for the different media, now I just need a cutting mat to see how does with paper. Thank you.Angelo

We have one and our seriously struggling to print from corelRAW7.Can anyone help????Everything else seems OK. .. no software included so have to down load your own. YouTube tutorials help with set up.I really need help on how to print

Great cutter
Excellent machine for the price, very pleased, instructions very basic but I was able to watch videos on YouTube and I was up and running in no time at all my machine did not come with cutting software an oversize on my behalf after a phone call to the sellers I was able to download a package that was all of £12 pounds again impressed and have been up and running since ,,,,, 5 stars no problem
