Colour good, sugar content quite high, not too thick it's versatile, turns a gin into a cocktail,

This lovely looking bottle arrived promptly and thoroughly packaged with swathes of bubble wrap, a mega sturdy box and then a second box. The syrup itself is wonderful - a beautiful vivid colour and tastes divine. It's not alcoholic. Really nice with lemonade and with tonic. Plan is to have violet vodka martinis but I would imagine that it'd go well with gin too. Cupcakes and a cream-based cocktail are also planned. I'm delighted and excited.

I love Aviation’s - but since I’m now tee-total I thought I would never be able to enjoy again but with a very decent zero alcohol gin now available from Tanquerey and this sweet floral syrup I can enjoy again - with no hangovers! Happy days!

It's ok, not as strong tasting as I was hoping for but have used it as a squash and tastes good.

Delicious liquid parma violets, I’m in heaven. Great bargain, getting it on subscription. Couldn’t be better packed. Using it over lemon sorbet, in water or soda water/cream soda as a refreshing soft drink, in meringue, absolutely love it. Am going to try in cakes, icing, cocktails (I’m only supposed to have the odd vodka - if that - on medical advice - and adding violet deliciousness makes it SUCH a treat), also on grapefruit...... Large bottle, will last even me a while but one star off for all the E’s.

I buy the rose syrup quite a lot as my granddaughter loves rose cupcakes. However she wanted violet cupcakes and this didn’t disappoint. We also use both over vanilla ice cream, delicious.

Purchased as we were served a violet gin fizz while on holiday and wanted to replicate this cocktail. We now swap out the gin for non-alcoholic gin and lemonade and a splash of violet syrup this works perfectly.
