This steam inhaler is super - I bought this one more expensive than some but it looked better quality so I took a punt on it and it's great- I didn't want some thing that I had to plug in - this does the job boil kettle let cool for one minute follow simple instructions the inhaler and chosen decongestant I use Olbas oil and use as directed you get easily 6 minutes which I find is more than plenty -Great item most pleased with it --It's well made and the inhaler nose component can be stored in the cup ....

I bought this to use on my cat who was suffering terribly with rhinnitis caused by Lymphoma. I've used it myself a few times. It's ok to use occasionally but personally I did not find it at all effective. It is portable and is small enough to be portable but for me it wasn't what I was expecting. I think your better off using the old tried and tested bowl and towel method then fork out for this.

I have real problems with blocked sinuses - salt washes do help. But this inhaler really solves the sinus headache and resulting muzzy headedness. Very easy to use - I use it with aroma salts, it is excellent. The mouth pieces is large enough - flexible and comfortable. I would recommend this and I have only used it twice. Great purchase.

The nose composition came dirty, with grime as though it had been used prior. Does not keep water warm and the opening is too small, so barely any steam comes out.Absolutely useless and I'm trying throwing it in the bin.Cannot return as it is outside of Amazon's Return Policy. The supplier is based in Southampton but the phone number does not work. There's no way to get in touch with the supplier and there is no exchange/ Return/ refund possible. Its just money down the drain. Complete waste. I've not had such a bad experience as this with anything from Amazon before.

Bought this together with some Vicks capo rub. Teaspoon of it into hot water in the inhaler and breathe in the steam. Worked really well for my horrid head cold. Cleared my sinuses and tickly cough. Had to do it several times a day, but it was worth it. Would recommend but would say that children and very elderly would need supervision, after all you're using very hot water!

got this for my 85 year old mother she likes it easy to hold and use a lot better than using a towel and bowl and a lot safer
