As per ingredients on the back of bottle yes this has alcohol in it .

Mine didnt. It's a solid white bottle.

It is not foamy but I have read that you can use it as a hand sanitizer. I bought it to treat a cat who gets involved in fights.

Q: can this be used as mouth wash for dog

I'm not a professional chemist or vet. I would not use it for mouthwash for any animal. The directions say keep away from eyes and membranes. I'd apply that to mouths of dogs too.
