Q: I have ordered this product but what has arrived is face cream. Someone ha put a sticker on the side that say hand cream is this product for both.

It is not for both. I guess it wouldn’t harm your hands to use face cream in them, but you haven’t got the product you purchased.

Q: No seal on cap or cellophane so not tamper proof . Is this how other retailers sell it?

The 30ml sizes have a small foil seal across the opening of the tube. The larger 75ml sizes do not have a foil seal.

Q: Is this the one that smells of and looks like wax?

No, this is a white cream and smells lovely. Really absorbs quickly and leaves no greasy residue like other creams I have tried.
