Got this on sale, great value
Great value for the product. Can easily take on a 55-pound kettlebell attachment which is what I use it for. The belt is secure and comfortable to wear when doing sets. No complaints. A great investment.

Super Teil!
Ich benutze den Gürtel hauptsächlich für Klimmzüge und Dips, aber es gibt noch einige andere Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Der Hersteller stellt zudem noch einige Fitnessbücher als PDF-Datei zum Download bereit. Bei diesem Kauf habe ich mehr bekommen, als ich erwartet hatte. Klare Empfehlung!

This is an excellent dip belt and I have used many. Extremely comfortable, even with heavier loads. The belt snugs up well based on the weight being used and remains comfortable through the full range of motion. We use this belt not only for dips but also for squats to supplement hand held dumbbells. The chain is sufficiently long but I would appreciate an additional 6 inches or so for using 100 pound plates. Overall, this is a great belt. It is comfortable, durable, and adjusts to any size user. It is hard to think of any way to improve on this belt. In addition, the company provides video support on using the belt safely and in different ways. I think what I appreciate the most about the belt is that in the middle of a repetition the belt is so comfortable that I am only concentrating on the lift and not the feeling of a belt of weights hanging on me or digging into my back.

Cannot make one for less
Good belt, normally I get mine made at my shoe repair guy. But for the price, it beats whatever I make myself. Simple effective, folds well into gym bag.

Works
As a 2xl to 3xl kind of person, this belt works however I needed to link another small chain to effectively use the belt. Anyone with a waistline below 38 inches should have no issues. Belt is fine and should last with a decent load capacity. I was able to strap in 135 with no issues. This would have been 5 stars if the belt was a tad wider 3 ton4 inches. Not exactly your one size fits all but it's all good.
