Not what you see in the photo
I am 24 weeks pregnant and I ordered this pillow few weeks ago to help with hips support (I have bad SPD) and stop me from rolling over. I used to own The Original U-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow from the same company, but foolishly, I gave it to charity when I gave birth to my first child, thinking I will replace it when needed (it was huge - very tightly packed and really long - it took up half of our super king sized bed). I loved the old pillow - it had velvety cover which was very pleasant to cuddle up to, it was really long and so fully packed, it helped me tremendously with my stiff and sore hips (also SPD). I was able to sleep with my legs separated at full length.I bought this pillow hoping for the same sort of support, but it is different. Its shorter than the photo suggests. The cover isn't soft, the cotton used is a bit stiff and it doesn't seem to fit as well (I washed it before using) - the internal seam by the area where you put your head digs into my shoulder, which means I need to lower my body along the pillow which at that point is just long enough to separate my knees, which then means I need to sleep with an additional pillow between my legs to separate my legs below knees. I am 5ft6.Still, its a product made in the UK and therefore the certified materials used in the pillow will meet the EU standards (I'm thinking compare to poorly made products from China with most likely high level of toxicity in the materials used). The pillow is still quite comfortable and if you don't mind the length of it, it could be a good choice.

Like sleeping on a cloud.
After nearly 6 months getting very little sleep (and disturbing my partner each night) my pregnancy pillow has finally arrived and is like sleeping on a cloud! It supports me in all the right places so that I'm not twisting and giving myself achy hips and back. It's just thick enough and soft enough. I have SPD and sleep with the front bit between my knees for a bit of extra hip support and then tuck it under my bump to hold up the weight. Because it is surrounding you like a hug I've found that I'm sleeping straight through without rolling over once. It keeps you nice and warm as well. It does take up quite a lot of the bed though so your partner might need to find somewhere else to sleep (fair trade off if you ask me).It does come with a pillow case as well, which I couldn't see anywhere in the description.

Another piece of junk to add to the hoard
Bought this for my pregnant wife after reading the rave reviews but to be frank she really hates it!! For one thing it's huge and takes up the entire bed which means that I have to sleep in the other room and oddly when she does manage to get support between her legs then she doesn't have great support on her back. Added to this is the fact that it keeps her far too warm - so ultimately for us it's yet another piece of junk that we didn't use. Based on our experience I wouldn't waste your money.

Not what you see in the photos!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Absolute disgrace!!!! The pillow is not what you see in the photo! It is very poorly made by what I would expect to be children's learner standards. The cover had a footprint and stains on it. The stitching was done with black thread for a white cover... it looks hideous and the cover doesn't even fit the pillow. I'm horrified they take people's money for this. Please see video as evidence

I can't recommend this product highly enough
Absolutely fantastic (non-pregnancy use) product, I would recommend it to anyone. I had been kept awake with excruciating Osteoarthritis pain in my knees at night. I had been using regular pillows but they flatten and slip out from between knees, and out of the bed. This product is well stuffed and supportive, particularly important to support my whole leg since any twist from hip to foot adversely affects my knee/s and exacerbates pain. I use it with the U section between my feet and even in an uncomfortable bed, it makes an amazing difference. I am so grateful for a product that helps me sleep by being ultra comfortable, and helps relieve the pain.

Ok
Saved me from excoriating back pain so really pleased when it arrived. My problem with this product it that it only comes with one pillowcase and replacements I have found to be really expensive.. also the pillow has separated so there is a section that is loose and dangles on it own. Makes me feel like the quality it poor and if I have another baby I will need to buy another.

Didn't help me!
I have two pregnancy pillows - this one and the Lancashire Textiles CU pregnancy pillow - they don't compare! This one is far too firm to have a comfortable night sleep, but the Lancashire one is amazing!!I purchased the Lancashire one for at home and then after falling in love with it, decided to order another pillow for at my mum's...stupidly I ordered this one as it was £5 cheaper...big mistake! In the middle of the night I had to throw it out of the bed.

a must buy!
Absolutely amazing. Love this pillow and might even struggle to part with it once the baby is here. My normal pillow is extremely flat and I was worried this may hurt my neck (as I'd seen in another review) but this is not the case.I would recommend this to any pregnant lady struggling to get comfy. It does take up a bit of space, my husband and I only have a standard double bed so don't have much room but its not too bad.... If you're partner is a bit bulky though they may struggle for space, mine is just glad I'm not tossing and turning or keeping him up moaning that my tummy is pulling! Love, love, love it!
