No problems with these, fitted tele no problem, I will also be using the fill the circle with resin or glue idea as described by another reviewer as it is a great solution to this minor manufacturing problem and then maybe I won't need to keep purchasing switch tips. Please be aware that there are two switch sizes used on telecasters so measure to make sure they are the correct fit before ordering and moaning they do not fit !!! (measure the switch blade they slide onto - also they are genuine fender items made in japan)

Brilliant
A significantly better fit than the one that came on my Telecaster from the factory - this one isn't coming off anytime soon! No more crawling around on the floor looking for it...

Not 'Vintage Correct' for a 60's Tele, But SOLID, not hollow!
Despite the nifty(?) French description from Rich-Tone, and the fact that these, genuine Fender parts (as fitted to a 1950s era Tele) are not 'Vintage Correct' for a 1960s reissue version, they are, at least, as can be seen from the left-hand image, a solid moulding! The modern genuine Fender 'Top Hat' switch tip, see attached pic, as fitted to all current production Fenders U.S. (and Mexican) 1960s-style Tele have a large, material (and money!) saving, hole (where THIS version has a slot in solid plastic) with two minute plastic 'wings' projecting into the hole to grip the metal blade of the switch.Result: In general use, when performing, or if you need to remove the switch tip for any reason (maintenance, pickup swapping or whatever) upon refitting, one, or both of these microscopically thin 'wings' will fail; so you are left with a hole in the bottom of your switch tip (which needs to fit onto a small flat piece of metal) that is almost big enough to accept the end of a pencil! There is no way to, effectively, 'pack out' this large hole to enable the tip to grip the metal blade.Clearly Fender are aware of this, as they always supply replacements in (handy?) packs of two. And, over a period of 12 or more years I have had to buy at least 2 of these packs, for the reasons stated above.NO MORE! Inexplicably, for around the same price Fender can supply this '1950s' version made, as stated and shown above, from solid plastic.Should the switch tip become loose on the blade, as small piece of PTFE plumbers tape (a 'staple' requriement for any Fender Strat owner too) or paper, jammed in the slot will do the trick.50s Tele? 60s Tele? Fit this version and solve the problem.(Too much 'guitar nut' rambling? ...... OK. But you get the idea)

Just the tip for my Tele!
These are the proper Fender Barrel Switch tips with the slight longer grooves to press onto the selector switch. You can see the slit is slightly longer on the picture compared to others you can buy. This was just the job and there's a spare too. Very fast delivery and great comms too - thanks!
