how does it taste like? Is the taste bearable??

It is an odd but not unpleasant taste,I actually quite like it and have no problem taking it 'neat'...however if you add it to a smoothie or shake it is almost undetectable anyway

can I place it in warm/hot water or will this disturb it?

I think it is better to mix it with cold or warm water, although there is not written anything about it on the label. I would avoid hot water. In my opinion it works better at room temperature.

For how long and how often should you use this detox?

I only use Cilantro doing a particular detox under supervision
