Not too big, not too small, just the right size towel cabinet for my needs. It’s lightweight/easily portable, small but not tiny-it can heat 6 thick hand towels (all I need) and the unique wood grain exterior pairs nicely with the natural esthetic of my massage practice. I’ve used it a handful of times so far and it works like a charm. Heats quickly, keeps towels toasty while maintaining a safe operating temperature for use and cleans easily. Clients have mentioned how cute it is too. Great price for such a cute and functional cabinet. I hope it lasts a long time.

Very good so far! This is my second towel warmer in the last couple months. I had to return a different one because it didn't get warm enough. This gets nice and hot within an hour. I plan to keep this one. Hopefully it lasts. Also looks cute with the faux wood trim. I only need 3-4 towels a day so the smaller size is fine with me.

I like that the towel warmer is small, due to I don't have a lot of space. A little bigger would be great. I use the warmer for neck wraps for my clients. I can get 3 wraps in an barely 2 towels, it's a tight squeeze. It didn't get as warm as i would prefer. Also it takes about 2 hours to warm them. For the price, I can't complain too much. I do wish it was warmer. It was super ready to unpackage and use, it's also super light. They're is a little moisture when I turn it off, i wood it down and leave the door open for it to dry. I didn't observe any smell or oder. I deducted a star due to it doesn't heart as much as I'd prefer.

I was worried when I saw this was frequently returned. After looking through reviews, people return this because they don’t read the details. This is an 8L warmer, in other words this is a MINI warmer. You can fit about 8 towels in here. It’s perfect for businesses that do not offer services that require a ton of towels like facials. This one is perfect, it’s light weight and won’t take up a ton of space! If you need a ton of towels get the 23L warmer not this one.

This was an absolute complete waste of money. Like all of the other reviews say, it’s small and barely holds the amount of towels you would need for a full day of facials or massage. This holds up to 8 spa size towels (not the little square hand towels which would fit more). That’s not even my complaint though... I purchased this back in June/July and have only used it a handful of times. It stopped working this weekend in the middle of my work day... just shut off and stopped producing heat. I’m outside of the return window and can’t find a way to contact the seller. This is the worst quality towel warmer I’ve seen in my 12 years of working in spa. Just terrible.

I really like this one! I think it’s good for the price and it heats up my little hand towels super fast! I’d say within 30 min, for sure anything longer. Easy to clean and use

Stopped working after only a few days
