Three things I love about these cards and three ways I use them.
The media could not be loaded. I love the look of these cards and the box they came in. I love that each card has a QR code that links to a video of the exercise and each description includes related exercises. These are so well thought out and so well made. You can really see how passionate Lesley is about Pilates!

These cards have made a HUGE impact on my day to day routines and teachings. They are such a helpful tool and so fun to mix and match. I love these cards! You can pick out a variety of exercises from the deck to create your own workout.I love that you can see a picture of the exercise on the front. Turn the card over and you can read about how to do it. If you are still unsure or just want to see the exercise, you use the QR code and it takes you right to the tutorial. These are free tutorials, no membership required.
