Excellent insoles
I'm onto my fifth pair having used these for the last ten years or so. I've bought both more expensive and cheaper insoles which either don't fit properly or wear out after only a few months but these are really great. They are comfortable, supportive [I have raised arches] last for about two years and I like to put in a five mile walk most days. Highly recommended.

Heel pain, back pain all gone. Fantastic!
I'm a 33 year old guy. I have always worn converse chuck Taylor baseballs shoes and never had a problem with discomfort or heel pain before. I recently bought some dr martens boots for the winter and the rain, and that's when I started to have heel pain etc.I remember going to a gig with a friend. We had standing tickets and i remember hopping from one foot to the other with severe discomfort in the ball of my heel. i aslo had pain in my calves and the small of my back. There was nothing wrong with the boots, I think that my feet don't like gents shoes/boots that have a heel! Even when the boots were 'broken in' they still hurt my feet.So I decided to give these a try and the pain and discomfort has all gone! I can't believe it! I'm very happy as it means I can wear decent footwear again without issue. For £20 it's a great fix to a problem that can cause a fair bit of misery. I'd happily pay double for these. One issue is that, like some of the other reviewers, I had to trim them down. Not a prob at all but I would probably order one size smaller next time. Also, they aren't 'big' , but they do take up a bit of extra room than you might be used to so with certain footware, you may benefit from wearing thinner socks.

Item works for me. Good product.
This is the second pair I’ve bought, just so I don’t have to remove the first pair so often. I have been using this product for about a month and Have experienced a big improvement in my plantar fasciitis. Have done tests with and without insoles and the discomfort was less whilst wearing the insoles in the shoe. I have little or no pain when I take my first steps in the morning after waking up which is the worst time. Great product.

Excellent support and comfort
I have high arches and with many shoes I need arch support insoles in order to make them comfortable for all day wearing. I've tried many different versions and these are about the best for comfort and support vs price. The fit can be fine tuned by cutting away some material which is a good touch that not all insoles allow.

These orthotic insoles are far too thick
These orthotic insoles are far too thick for ordinary footwear and do not allow room for the foot. Very disappointing, especially as I have purchased other orthotic insoles which not thick, yet very sturdy, yet still excellent and extremely comfortable.

Excellent
I suffer for sciatica due to a trapped nerve in my back. This distorted the way I walk and damaged my foot. After trying other orthotic insoles I eventualy had to have a pair made to order but could only get one pair on the NHS and they are very expensive to have made privately. Rather than have to move the insoles from shoe to shoe I wanted another pair (at least). I have tried these in my walking boots and they are excellent, possibly better than my prescription ones. No pain walking or from sciatica. Highly recommended, don't be tempted by the cheaper ones, they are o.k but not a complete pain free solution like these. I'm going to order another pair

Life Changing
After watching a video that my friend took of me walking, I realised how much of a severe over-pronation I had from wearing my worn and tatty pair of New Balances. It was giving me clicky knees and pain elsewhere. I got these insoles and put them in a more supportive pair of running shoes and they INSTANTLY corrected my over-pronation.They can feel slightly achy at first as these are stiff and literally force your foot into keeping straight but it’s a good pain as you know they are doing their job.I use these in every shoe I own, from espadrilles on the beach, to boots in the snow. My walk is now perfect and I am now able to point out flaws in other people’s way of walking. Even walking barefoot around the house is better now.I do wish they were more padded at the heel, they are thin at the toes and heel but I think this is mainly as to not change your shoe size too much as the arch support is a big bulge in the middle.I have become dependent on these so will be buying more.

Significant Benefits
The insoles needed a minor trim with scissors to fit the shoes properly, which was fine. The fit was good and secure, with no slipping about. The foot problem (heel pain) was helped to a degree that made the purchase worthwhile, but there was no miracle solution. Clearly this will vary from person to person and will depend upon what exactly the problem is, but definitely worth a try.
