Got this the assist with range of motion after a shoulder replacement. Great product. Smooth wheel movement. Easy to use. I was able to use them in a couple of different locations with the different holder options. Very versatile. I am able to keep my shoulder stretched and keep my motion going.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price! I needed to rehab my shoulder but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on something I probably wouldn’t use again once I was done. This really did the job well.

This tool works well. The only issue I see is that it uses plastic pulley parts that will wear out quickly with excessive usage. I needed it to do shoulder exercises after surgery. It is easy to fit over a door and adjust. I took it to my therapist so she could show me what she needed me to do at home between visits. She noted that everything is metal -- Good, however, the rope pulls over a plastic bearing which will wear down quickly over time. ALL-IN-ALL This is a very good item to help an older person like me (female 75) continue with my recovery.

I've needed to use a pulley device following a recent shoulder replacement. This is a well-made product. The metal over-the-door piece keeps the pulley stable and is padded to prevent scratching, the handles are comfortable, the cord movement is smooth, and the length of the cord is easy to adjust.

I bought a Theraband shoulder pulley, thinking since it was a name brand, it would be better. It wasn't... the rope was thin, the pulley was small and plastic, the handles were uncomfortable, and worst of all, it constantly bound upon pulling. This corrects all those shortcomings and was half the price! I don't know how long it will last, but for $10, I think it will work out well for a time, as it seems well constructed.

I needed this for physical therapy after shoulder surgery. It works well. However, it squeaks when using. It’s rather annoying, but it still works as described.
