It worked on my on my GE refrigerator, that GE no longer makes

Solved problem
Replaced thermostat in freezer section of GE side-by-side refrigerator. Solved crazy fluctuating temperature problem at last. Previously, replaced 2 temperature sensors on fresh food side and 2 on freezer side, cleaned condenser, and replaced interface board.

Know your part numbers.
The part I needed at a decent price. I brought a defrost kit,but came with a wrong part. The heater and the temperature sensor were correct. This defrost thermostat completed that part of the repair.
