If I went to my local dessert restaurant and was served this (I got cookies and cream, mixed 2 scoops with skimmed milk + Ice) I would be perfectly happy. This shake seriously tastes good. Sometimes I work out just so I can have one of these after! I consume after my workout, and as mentioned, I add 2 scoops. 3 might be a little excessive for my needs, as I just want to build lean muscle without packing on too much size (it's around 500 calories with 3 scoops with 50+g of Protein). It didn't give me explosive diarrhea, gut rot or an anal prolapse, as some reviews might have you believe. No problems reported for me. In terms of results; I've definitely noticed an increase in size and muscle tone. My t-shirts are becoming tighter on the arms and chest, which i guess is good, but also not good, because I'm not into skin tight clothing so I need to buy a new wardrobe. Great product, a reasonable price, and always quick delivery by Amazon.

Used this for over a year. Great deal on it

I've not used a USN product for years so when this came up on offer I thought I would give it a go. Flavour wise, the product is pretty good, although it is very sweet. I don't even have sugar in my tea or coffee so this will take some getting used to. Mixing the product is fine. Even the most basic of shakers should mix this product perfectly fine. I only use two scoops in about 400ml of water as this still gives around 36g of protein per shake. Three scoops is, I believe, a waste of the product because the body cannot absorb more than 36g of product in a 1 - 2 hour time period, depending on which studies you read. Even though the label states 54g of protein per shake I am going to suggest that this is nothing more than marketing playing on words without the science to backup the average absorption rate the human body can take in one go. Which brings me neatly onto my issue with marketing departments. The pictures I have included with this review tells you everything you need to know about marketing departments and companies like USN. And they are not alone in what they do either. When opening the product I was stunned at what I was looking at. To have such a large tub for a quantity of product that fills less than half of the container is just a travesty, in my opinion. There is absolutely no reason for any company to use packaging that is much larger than the product it contains. It is a waste of resources and only adds to the issue of plastic waste. Why this kind of packaging isn't being legislated against is beyond me but when you look at the container and the product imbalance, you can't help but feel that these companies really don't care. My review score reflects this.
