Q: will this fit plus size 18?

This will most likely fit a plus size 18, but it will be tight. Good news though I am bringing in plus sizes in this exact shrug! Just check in a few days and they will be there. Search on Amazon Back from Bali plus size shrug

The material is soft. It is very comfortable

Q: I don't see where you can choose the xl size. Is blue grey available in this sz??

I think it's one size fits all. But the brand has a separate listing for a Plus size one size fits all, but the color selection is more limited. The color I wanted wasn't available in Plus, so I got the regular one size fits all and given the loose knit it fit my 2X body, a bit snug but looks fine.

Q: If I wear 14/16 or XL tops, 40DDD bra, would I be better ordering the regular or plus size? I do not like things too baggy.

I wear clothing between 14-16 and the shrugs are fine for me. I wasn’t aware there was a plus size available. I love mine.

versitile and lightweight

Perfect to pack in a cabin bag to cover up a little in the sun or to smarten an outfit for the evening. I have one in cream and I know the navy one I have just bought will last for years.
