Can this be used to colour etched glass?

As long as you never waash the glass, yes. Though it dries well - I use it on picture frames as well as cards - it is water soluble.

Could this be used on metal?

although i haven’t used it on metal (i have wood and ceramic and plastic) i would say yes, it is just like thick paint and it dries really quickly, i also bought an Annie Sloan one and i would say this was a lot better

Does this work on jewellery?

Pends on jewelry... but yes esspecially clay, pottery, femo, and metals... it can wear off unless sealed obv as its a wax.. ive used it on foam too

You would have to try it I cannot say as I used mine on painted mdf, sorry cant be more specific
