Do these pickles have any added sugar?

No. USA made Dill pickles will be very dill. No sugar. Kosher Dill also have garlic in!!!

Do these taste like the pickles you get in McDonald’s?

I haven't had a McDonald's pickle for at least 13 years, but given that McDonald's pickles when last tasted were American pickles and these are definitely American dill pickles (firm and crunchy) the two are probably very similar if not exact matches.
