I like the taste of it, I add a little honey and sugar. I drank it for three days 2 to 3 times a day and the third day my milk came in strong. Since then I have had a healthy supply of milk. I had to stop drinking the tea in fear I would become engorged.

Not sure if its the switching to nature made prenatal vitamins or drinking this but it has definitely helped alot when it comes to producing breast milk. After about a day my breastmilk slowly has increased and im thankful for getting these. Definitely will recommend them to someone if they are breast feeding at all.

Could not find this in the grocery store so ordered here. Taste is good, slight licorice but not bad. I enjoy being able to have something to calm me and hopefully help with the milk supply.

Honestly smells and tastes like pho broth. Idk to like it or not because I love pho but it throws me off

I bought this tea because my baby had a poor latch (due to tongue and lip ties) and wasn’t removing enough milk to signal my body to make enough. After a couple months of power pumping and my milk still being a little behind where it should be, I decided to try it and I noticed a difference after the first cup. I now make an ounce and a half more than I was prior to taking the tea. It’s not made me into an oversupplier or anything crazy, but it has positively affected my supply and I am now caught up to where I should be.

The only problem was I ordered two of this and only one arrived because they ran out of stock. Waited long time just for one product so I will not consider ordering it again here.

This tea definitely worked for me. After 1 cup my milk supply had built up. The taste is definitely something you have to get used to but with honey it tastes lovely. You also have to leave it brewing for 15mins which leaves it cold of you don't cover it up. Pricey tea for qu bags and i have read you can buy cheaper but with amazon prime I got it same day delivery so didnt really bother me. Would recommend to any bf mum that is worried about her milk supply being low!
