Job Done, easily and quickly
I just made a torsion box mft table using this to do the joinsI used 18mm plywood.I had some long lengths, and the jigs removable side supports were a god send, with the built in clamp, I was able to smash out pocket hole after hole in many bits of wood. The dust extraction port was really handy, but it has an odd whistle as the air gets sucked through the drill holes.I can easily change the depth of the holes, the kit is well made. When screwing in pocket holes, the wood moves a touch. I clamped mine really well, but it still drifted slightly. Grrrr! Always clamp your joints!(I used my mft top with dogs and clamps, 2 90 degree brackets clamped to the work peices and also quick clamps and the cutouts to hold it all in place -> result, the wood shifted very slightly -> may chuck in a dowel next time. The movement was far less than 1 mm, and I am being really picky)When I first used the jig, I got some metal shavings as the drill removed some of the black surface finish around where the drill leaves the jib and enters the wood. Surface finish -> gone, but the metal shavings stopped as I used the jig more and more.I'd buy this again -> its well made, the extra gubbings made it really easy to use, hardly any time spent faffing around lining things up and clamp them. Its a case of mark up where you want the holes to go, plonk it in the jig, roughly place the side supports, clamp, drill, unclamp, shift the wood to a mark, clamp...The top of the jig has marks to show the center of the hole against the wood. Really easy to line up and adjust. I looked at cheap chinese ones, cheaper trand ones, Kreg and I am glad I got this one.

A perfect addition for any wood working.
I brought this to help make a computer table.I saw it demonstrated at Screwfix live, so knew what it could do already. It is very easy to use, and boy, does it make basic woodwork construction easy! We made the table frame in minutes!Build quality is very good too, all metal construction. I looked at other (cheaper) products out there, and opted to pay the extra for this. The built in clamp is worth it alone, as this is quite possibly what makes it such a quick item to use. We used loose on the work bench, but it does have screw holes to fix it down. I guess if you were using it for light manufacturing (ie. the same action time and time again) then this would be of great use too.Once you have set the clamp for the depth of wood you are using (I was using 19mm spruce and 18mm MDF) it takes seconds to clamp the wood in place then drill the holes. If you use two drills (one with the drill bit and one with the special driver) then the process takes less than a minute. The screws for it are expensive, but they work perfectly. As I use it more, I will experiment with standard bulk buy wood screw. The 'blurb' says it is for using to clamp joints whilst wood glue sets. All the joints I made I glued as well, then used the included screws to hold in place. You could use it with out the glue (which they were doing at the live show), but overall may not be as strong.Other all, absolutely love this product and wish I had brought one years ago!

Superb quality
Fantastic bit of kit. Payed for itself on the first job. Had to build four large slatted doors and this tool was invaluable. 5 Star tool. Recommended 👍

Great, time-saving tool
The quality of the jig itself is very good. I have done around 400 holes into softwood. All holes are accurate and the jig has little to no signs of wear. It’s fairly small and very easy to set up and adjust. I’ve not used the clamp very much therefore cannot comment on that but it seems good enough although not that ‘heavy duty’.The square drill bits for the pocket screws are the part that lets this kit down. While being an ideal length to drive in screws without the driver getting in the way, they rounded far too quickly which I am very disappointed at. Unfortunately, the return window has closed and I cannot contact the seller but I will buy another brands bits and continue to use the jig.Aside from the poor quality drill bits, I’d say overall it’s an effective tool that is value for money - if you get it on offer.

Good but limited timber sizes
Works OK but limited in timber size.Note - If you want to use it with 45mm x 45mm CLS type timber the second set of fixing holes for the clamp need to be used so 45mm just fits - and even so the clamp doesn't hold unless you hold it.That aside it works well, just be aware it is only specified up to 37mm in the smaller dimension, although also can be used with your own clamp and theirs removed.

My first pocket hole!
Very easy to set up and now that I have done my very first pocket hole I think I will use this a lot. With judicious use of clamps, my joint came out at exactly 90.

Very useful tool.
So I bought this as part of a covid project ot build out a workshop in the garage. I spent abput 10 minutes reading the instructions and trying it out on some scrap. Then on to building a mobile work station for my dewalt planer/thicknesser out of 4x2's and gravel boards. The tool is a breeze to use and produces very strong joints. I used it to join the gravel board planks to made a solid top and shelf underneath. The workstation is on casters and moves round with 30kgs sitting on top with no flexing in the joints at all.Next I made an outdoor storage chest for the garden chair cushions. Once again joining the legs and gravel board sides, top and bottom with pocket screws. So the tool is simple to use and produces very strong joints. Only problem is you can get through a lot of screws. Now my neighbor want me to build him a 3 bay wheelie bin storage unit, once again out of 4x2's and gravel boards and this is just to tool to do it.

Better than Kreg?
I've long been a Kreg fan, but I have to admit I think this is actually better made and easier to use. Nicely machined from aluminium, with useful workpiece supports, it's easy to use and works well.
