Mountain Pac Wheelie Double Ski/Snowboard Bag

Good size re 2 pairs of skis plus some ski wear. 3mm padding seems ok. Quality outer material.

For £57, this was a good deal, but the bag is probably not worth more than that.It has enough padding to prevent scratching and small knocks, but the bag has no rigidity so large impacts will probably damage the contents. It is definitely big enough for two pairs of skis and poles, which is what I intend to use it for. With two pairs of skis supporting each other and a bit of clothing for padding, I expect that it will be fine on the plane. I will update this review if I am proved wrong.

Not used yet, but is made of strong material and with good wheels. Our Salamon skis are very heavy and the bag seems to cope well with them. Due to use this weekend so will write more after that, but so far it seems to cope with the weight and size of them!!!

Great bit of kit at a competitive price

Serves its purpose but not for long! The previous board bag we had lasted for years and many trips (this was a branded make and only replaced because mice ate a hole in it!) This purchase was cheap but unfortunately not very sturdy. Fits 2 boards in easily with space for jackets etc but didn't want to risk much because of the risk of it splitting. It developed a hole after one flight but thankfully made it home.

Arrived on time, and matched the product details. Used once, with no damage at all. You can actually get quite a lot of clothes in around the two sets of skis. I would advise you to put old towels around the skis to prevent the sharp edges cutting the material, it worked well for us.

This bag was just as I expected. It is only just long enough to hold a slightly longer set of skis. There are detachable handles on the outside, but if you detach them before your flight, then there is no real way of carrying the bag and it has to be pulled or pushed on it's wheels using the handle at the opposite end.
