Are these suitable for road cycling too? The product says "MTB" pedals so just making sure.

Yes I have used MTB pedals for years on road bikes. It is so nice to be able to get off the bike and walk normaly. I have used Look, Speed play, and Samson pedals over the years and found that SPD pedals are the best all round pedals. Now if you are planing on going PRO next season then look at Look pedals.
