Ottima efficienza acustica anche se a 4 Ohm avrebbe reso ancora di più.

Just tried this out with a cheap 100watt per channel (50 watts at 8 ohms I believe) mini amp in an open air space. I used a Harrison Labs 100Hz high pass filter to roll off the bottom, and the music did not distort at full blast. I turned it on, walked in front of it 10 steps (20 feet) and turned my head and quickly had to turn away because it was still painfully loud. I walked a total of 100 feet and turned around and it was just about comfortably loud. I had to run back to turn it off so the neighbors don't call the cops. I need to be able to cover the depth of a football field and I think two of these will absolutely do it. Regarding the sound quality, it's not pleasant. They run at 500Hz to 5KHz. Sound quality is not what these horns are for. Don't buy them thinking you're going to enjoy listening to music on them. They're for covering large areas with sirens or addressing the public in a big open space. They're meant to be mounted 20 feet up and cranked up really loud. UPDATE: These horns worked on the event I mentioned. 7 loud speakers and a pair of these plus cheap tweeters on two 200 watt amps crossed over with a digital mixer and dynamics compressor on each driver did the trick. No distortion, and delivered intelligible speech to an area two football fields in square footage. I actually used them a second time this past Saturday in a field roughly a football field and a half and they worked well there too, along with two 15" loud speakers. One negative thing I could say is that one of them came with the polarity backwards. Not sure how they screw something like that up and I didn't notice it until I tested an amp and hooked two of them in parallel. I wouldn't take a star off for that, it's not exactly a deal breaker, but you can't expect the quality control to be 100% I guess. I suggest you test for polarity if you're buying two or more of these and make sure they match so you don't get blind spots.

Worked right away - so simple, sounds much better than expected! I'm driving with a AK-380 Stereo Amp (cheapest possible thing you can buy) & repeating songs from an SD card / USB device. Plugged in power, plugged in speakers & wow! Works right away!!! Sounds MUCH better than I expected for the cheapest device pretty much on amazon. It's so loud with 1 PA horn pointing away from me at 1m away (in a garage), it's too loud to turn up over 25%. And I can still totally understand the words of the songs. Being able to boost bass (or treble) is huge. This speaker seems to lose base, but turning up the base all of the way helps. Still not punchy base mind you, but better! Very simple & cheap setup. The whole setup about 0.18A at volume = 0%. About 0.4A at 25% with 1 horn. REALLY happy. Exactly what I wanted!!
