This tapioca starch is a fantastic addition to my pantry. First off, it's organic and GMO-free, which is super important to me. Knowing it's certified organic gives me peace of mind about what I'm putting into my body. Plus, it's vegan, so it fits perfectly into my plant-based lifestyle. The 3 kg size is a real bonus. It lasts a long time, which means fewer trips to the store and less packaging waste. The quality is top-notch; it blends smoothly into recipes without any clumping, making it great for thickening sauces or baking. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. The packaging could be more user-friendly. A resealable bag would be a huge improvement to keep it fresh and avoid spills. Also, a bit more information on the packaging about sourcing and production would be helpful for those of us who like to know exactly where our food comes from. Overall, it's a solid product that I’ll keep using, but a few tweaks could make it even better.

This is good value for my money. It works well in my vegan pizza cheese and also for gluten free baking. Will buy again.

Perhaps a little too thin powder - it goes everywhere when I open the bag... But the cooking result is good.

At the moment on the online market is Good value for money . No big deferent than Tapioca from Brazil. Just a price . Anyway good to have it ,healthy pancakes in the morning !
