Ideal for every day thirst
I'm constantly thirsty with no rhyme or reason and will happily drink up to five litres of water a day. I've now started using Elete in my first litre of water in the morning and find that it prevents me from feeling thirsty all day. When tasted on it's own, Elete is extremely salty, however when added to water there is no discernible taste, simply a change in the water texture. It feels softer in your mouth. If you're extremely thirsty try taking your water at room temperature (I add a little hot water), and you can drink it down faster and feel the effects sooner. I've only given four stars for Elete as I feel it is very expensive.

Can really feel a difference
So I had a gastric sleeve, and I just don’t have the room for enough fluids during the day anymore. Previous I used to drink 2.5L per day so I really felt dehydrated. I cannot take the massive electrolyte meds I used to, so I needed an alternative. This does the trick. I can feel an instant change in my brain when I take this, I more alert, awake and overall brighter. If I forget to add it in to my squash I notice. Definitely recommend.

Very salty
I'm a bit stuck in my ways when it comes to drinks - water, herbal tea, and the odd can of a certain sugar-free energy drink in a blue can. Thought this would be ideal added to my favourite drinks rather than tablets (which I struggle to swallow) or effervescent powders.Tried a small amount in a glass of water at home and the water tasted like a very high-mineral bottled water. Thought I'd add the drops to my energy drink instead. Can taste it in a warm can, but not so much in a cold one.On the plus side, it definitely helped when doing 10-12hr walks in the 30 degree heat we've had! No headaches as I would usually expect from dehydration and loss of electrolytes. I'm sure I'll get used to the taste...
