I've started taking vitamin K2/MK7 + D3 for some early onset cardiovascular calcification in my right coronary artery (diagnosed via a $99 coronary calcium scan--highly recommend this). Ordered YoungGlo this time around and really like the price, the packaging, the fact that the carrier oil is organic coconut oil. The capsules are about the size of an acetominophen/ibuprofin gel cap, and they go down easily. I trust that the K2/MK7 is of high-quality, I like purchasing from U.S. smaller company in MI.

I learned about vitamin K2 mk7 from my thyroid group that it is a cofactor to help raise your D. It moves calcium out of your soft tissues and arteries Into the bones and teeth where it belongs. I read a ten year study called the Rhotterdam study so it is important to me to take this supplement due to calcification shown from a calcify scan. My D level is optimal now.

I take it 1:1 with Dr. Berg's 10,000 IU Vitamin D, 100 mcg to 10,0000 IU. Within a week my stiff muscles and joints were much better. A month later all stiffness is gone. I will buy again.

I discovered the need of vitamin K2 by chance and after doing some research found that the MK-7 version to be superior. Everyone should be taking this must-have vitamin that removes calcium from the arteries and directs it to the bones and teeth. I have recommended it to my sister after she suffered a bad break of her leg and was put on a calcium supplement by her attending physician. I would highly recommend this product to everyone, young and old alike. This newly discovered vitamin protects us from tooth decay, heart disease, promotes healthy bone growth, and much more. This is now an important part my wife and my daily regimen.

I must say I am really impressed with this Product! It actually works! I wanted to write a review sooner but I wanted to try it for at least a week first.The very first thing I noticed was it brought down my blood pressure right away, that very same day I tried it, so much so that I am not taking my BP meds anymore. Please do not try this at home without checking with your doctor first, as I am not a doctor and you may not receive the same results. I do have a BP cuff and I have been checking my BP once in the morning and then again before I go to bed every single day. My numbers have been 109/69 consistently though sometimes it has varied as much as 5 points even so it has been remarkable! I'm starting to wonder if that has been my issue all along...a lack of vitamin K2 with M7? hmmmmmmm most curious wouldn't you say?Whatever the reason with results like this I will never be out of this product again but just in case I think I will buy a few extra bottles when I re purchase and I will repurchase. Young Life Research has nailed it! I hope you keep up the quality and the ability to let people know about this product. No chemicals, no side effects just good healthy for you vitamins at a more then reasonable price. But what can I say? How do you value your health? Would you rather take a drug which is just another way to poison our bodies or take a simple just coming to the forefront in the vitamin world that cost very little in comparison and it actually works! I know there are other great benefits as well for this product but for me this was the best as now at 62 (did I say that out loud? lol) I am not taking any meds! I started taking this vitamin K2 only for about a week and noticed 2 remarkable differences,it removed the plaque from my teeth and I would guess elsewhere and also certain virus don't seem to bother me since starting this one a day.Seems to have improved my Immune system, very pleased with it so far with no apparent side effects, would continue to take this product once the standard is kept.

Updated and downgraded to one star. Product is rancid. Doesn't require an expiration date. Pass on this brand. (Update to "I can find no expiration date. Also, capsules are not filled all the way. There is quite a large air space in each cap. Some of the capsules show a thicker substance on the bottom of capsule. Shaking cap does not mix the substances. I'm most concerned about the lack of an expiration date. When were these made? Will the oil go rancid?")

I have been taking this Vitamin k2 for awhile...I love it. I am using it for plaque as well as other benefits. This is one of the best products on the market. The company very attentive to question and the high standard of their quality contained in the product was exactly what I was intending for myself. There is no after taste and the dosage is perfect...I do not want to take a bunch of pills to get the required dose I need. This product and company gets an A+++++ from me. Plus I will be buying and refilling with this company again.
