I have seen the 500 version and it look plastic and cheap looking is this version the 1000 better quality made ? Thanks

I have 2 x 1000's. I can't vouch for the 500's but the 1000's are on par with Technics decks for looks and build quality. I can't imagine the 500's being inferior to the 1000's but I can't confirm either way. The only thing I dislike about these decks is that they don't have hinges on the lids like Technics ones do

pioneer plx 1000 what amplifier would you recomened for this deck

I have no indication what price Range you are looking into but I suggest two amplifiers with included phono stage for MM cartridge so you can connect the Pioneer PLX 1000 straight to the amplifier. Pioneer A50 DA around £600 Marantz PM 6006 around £350

does it have a built-in amp or just the RCA output without amplification?

This is without amplification with RCA output.

Does this come with a needle ? Or do i have to buy seperate ? Thanks

No cartridge attached. You can buy a mounted cartridge from some dealers on Amazon to make it easier, then you can plug it in in a second.
