Q: Has anyone tried putting this in the Spirit sizer at the airport? Did everything (wheels, handles, etc.) fit in the personal sizer bin?

Traveled with it in September and it fit (wheels and all) perfectly for the current regulation 18”x14”x8”

Q: does this meet AA sizer?

I’ve flown on AA, United, Delta, and Frontier with it, with no problems.

Q: Will Spiriit Airlines let you put it in the overhead bin with no charge?

Yes, once you get past the ticket counter with your bag, you can put the bag in the overhead bin and no one will say anything. I fly spirit 20x a year and this bag has paid for itself and then some.

Q: Does the rolling travel tote have spinner wheels?

No it only has 2 wheels, not spinning. It is a great size though for a personal item on Spirit!
