after reading such good reviews i was hopeful. it smells good and it did dissolve despite some reviews stating it didn't (I used 2 capfuls In a VERY hot bath) It smelt good and was relaxing at the time. I can't say wether it has De stressed me longer term though. i have a highly stressful daily life and will continue to use it. I think it's more of the fact that, because of this product, I took the time out to actually run a bath and sit in it for more than just a wash and hair wash was nice. I usually shower but will make nore of an effort to have a relaxing bath now.

My other half gets very bad headaches and I bought him this so when he gets one I get a bowl of warm water and put some of this in so as to reap the fumes of the lavender which works very well for his headache together with some Avon lavender pillow spray he sleeps like a baby and it’s all gone in about an hour if that so it’s definitely 5*Stars from me and him will definitely buy again probably a bigger one next time to So if you love to soak and love lavender you won’t be disappointed as the fragrance is quite strong not like some where you’re having to use all of it to smell something! My wife swears by bathsalts, usually Radox, I thought as a change I would pick something different up, this jar is a reasonable price and has god reviews so I purchased one. The Good - The jar is almost full to the brim but not overflowing, opening it up you get a strong smell of the lavender and the bergamot. - The instructions say to put a capful under running hot water into the bath. I thought this was a bit stingy the first time I used them but it's probably the right amount, adding lots makes them slow to dissolve I have found. - The salts do give a strong aroma in the bath, as said you can smell the lavender and the bergamot, they are pretty strong! - Bathtime is naturally destressing, the floating the bubbles, no one bothering you, etc the only worry is whether your going to drop your mobile into the water so unsure about the destressing aspect but they certainly make your bath a little chalkier and pleasant smelling! The could be better - A few reviews mentioned that the salts didn't dissolve but I found that a really good stirring if you like when you put them in sorts this out, if you leave them as is then I would think its probable you could scratch your rear end or undercarriage. Watch out! Overall I would recommend, they smell great, a nice addition to the bath ritual, just add rubber ducks and bubbles and they might well relax you too. Four Stars.

This product is amazing even more so as its a family led company. I bought these for my mum for her birthday as shes been loving her Himalayan salt lamp recently so i thought calming Himalayan bathsalts would be perfect as a cute little gift. I was lucky enough that she let me try them out and oh my god! These salts were stunning they smelt absolutely amazing and i am going to order myself some soon as they are wonderful. I can not go in the bath WITHOUT these bath salts. They release the most beautiful smell. A mixture of the steam from the bath with the aroma of the Himalayan, you almost feel like you’re sat at the top of the Himalayan mountain inside a warm hot tub. It’s like a very fresh but salty scent.
