Makes me urinate during the night
I've taken a lower dose of chromium picolinate before-and this time as well.Both times it's the same, when I take the tablets I need to urinate a few times during the night.This ALWAYS happens when I've taken chromium picolinate, and always stops when I stop taking the tablets.It's annoying as my sleep is disturbed at night-it might be the strength and I may try taking less (by breaking the tablet-if I can).The above has nothing to do with high blood sugar levels, drinking loads of water or other issues. I've not changed my diet or any other habit before going to sleep for many, many years, so going to the toilet a few times a night has NOTHING to do with any changes to my lifestyle etc.I've taken chromium from Holland & Barrett before (no, not the chromium picolinate that they sell-but the bottle that says 'chromium' only) and that never made me go to the toilet a few times during the night.So three stars-hey if something makes me go to the toilet during the night it won't get full marks-simple!

I took it for a few days According to the instructions ,but It didn't reduce my appetite. I ate more sweets. It didn't even reduce my appetite for food.not recommended
