Number twos have been a bit of a pain in the butt , since being cut with 3 children, leading to a build-up of scar tissue in that area. I had read about the squatty potty and just kind of thought it was yet another one fo these unproven extra things no one needs.Anyway getting a little tired of spending so much time trying to do a number two, I bought one, I haven't even owned it a week yet but it has made so much difference, Took a few different tries to get the firing position correct, but now I have mastered that, I am rewarded with a great splash as my do-do exits with ease, no straining, no pain, and added bonus not much to wipe either as the exit is quick and clean.the only slight downfall is pins and needles in the lower leg and feet if you spend a little too long trying to poopAlso, a plus for us ladies use it when you pee as it makes pelvic floor exercise so much easier

I bought this in part because of the apparent health benefits and in part because of their brilliant marketing campaign! To be honest, I've never really had any issues in this department but I was interested to see if all the claims were true.Without going into too much detail, I noticed a slight improvement but arguably not massive. That said, maybe someone who suffered from the ailments this is marketed at may notice more benefit. In terms of my experience, it encourages quite a novel seating position and one that I in many ways find more comfortable. It is, however, a bit of a burden having to remove most clothes to use it - no more trousers around the ankles with this!The product itself is very sturdy so no concerns of it breaking any time soon. It does, however, look a little strange seeing a "potty stool" in an adult bathroom and does lead to some interesting questions when people see it!In conclusion, it is quite expensive for what it is but I will continue to use it as I find it comfortable and it could have preventative benefits in the long term.

This product is amazing. Strong and solid been using mine for 3 years now and is still in great condition. Also very discreet and looks good around the loo.Simple but effective so I'm very pleased. I recommend
