Simply the best
I bake all of our breads, sweet yeasted breads and Staffordshire oatcakes and this stuff rocks. I've used many dried yeasts over the years but this is the best all round yeast. I keep mine in a sealed container in the freezer and it keeps extremely well and works straight from frozen. Some yeasts will die if you do this.
