I write a lot of reviews but this one I wanted I truly wanted to write because of my own personal success I've seen while using this product. I take 4 of these a day. 2 in the morning, 2 in the early afternoon with lunch. I see a significant amount of appetite suppresion when doing this. I mean the little cravings for snacks, wandering around my house looking for "snackies", etc. GONE. Literally GONE. And I'm a nervous habit eater. So for me to say this, and this is all that I have changed, is truly outstanding. The value of what you get vs. what it does is priceless, at least for me. Because of this product and it curbing my cravings, thus leading to less intake of food, I've managed so far to lose 10 lbs. This is in addition to other healthy habits like exercise; I use a treadmill 20 mins a day and do watch what I eat when I do eat. Overall while the pills may have a little odor (for me not bothersome at all and I would say if it was BAD) it is far an issue that'll distract me from taking something so beneficial to me. The pills themselves are a nice size as well. Normally with many garcinia cambogia pills, especially tablets (this is a capsule) but tablets they are GINORMOUS and very hard to swallow, and anyone who has been around the dietary supplement world knows this because they just "are" large. So that's another benefit. Can't recommend this enough.

I am very happy with this product and the results. It helps curb my appetite while I feel a burst of pleasant energy and clear mindedness!

this product is very helpful in losing weight

I have been taking these pills for about a month. I am not energize nor does it suppress my appetite. It has a garlic smell and peppery taste literally. Whats in it is all good stuff. They are easy to swallow. Unfortunately, I do not see a change in anything. I hope it is working for others; because it is not working for me.

The taste and smell is like having GILROY in your system. I don’t mind garlic, but this is some next level business. It has definitely cut being hungry, but I don’t like swallowing the capsule, the taste and smell is like being someone on a bad date. I’m not sure if it lasts or if I’m just being paranoid because I hate the taste so much. I may just go back to the old brand I purchased before, it was unfortunately out of stock and purchased this. It does work for me though, but at a Garlic cost. Which is my biggest pet peeve FOOLS WHO SMELL LIKE GARLIC.

Bought by mistake Berberine is not allowed now for me Dofetilide I use does not allow use of berberine
