Yes you can. However you need to make sure that the refrigerator will not require more than the 110 volts 10 amps 1100 watts this is rated for. So for a small size refrigerator likely no issue. For larger refrigerators typically used in residential kitchens, maybe. Definitely check the power rating for those.

It can use indoors and outdoors. But the panel is not waterproof. If you use it outdoors, waterproof protection is required. But you can buy the waterproof version. We have a waterproof thermostat. Search it on Amazon: B09PMWXG65
