Are these suitable for small ears? (I always have to buy earphones with different sizes and wear the smallest or else the sort of pop out.)

I think they would be ok as made of soft, flexible material. I have had trouble in the past with earphones coming out but had no problem with these. found them excellent for use in exercise sessions where music is played far too loud!

What is the noise reduction rating of these plugs?

It's 18dB reduction. Plenty to protect you for a few hours in a club or gig. It does all depend on how loud the source is and how long you're exposed to it!

Will these be any good for shotgun shooting?

No these are attenuating earplugs, they deflect some noise but can't protect against very loud, close percussive sound. You'll need ear defenders.

Do these come with a wire that keeps them connected if they happen to fall out?
