Note: Amazon groups reviews for multiple very different products under the same page. This review is for the X670E-PRO WiFi board. This is a great performer with all the bells and whistles you'll need. I am using it with Fedora Linux 40, kernel 6.10. I am happy to report that everything works as expected including suspend, RGB lighting controller, and CPU temperature sensors. The aesthetic is nice for my all-white build. The big plastic cover for the i/o panel is white, the heatsinks are silver, and the pcb is black. Nothing looks out of place. I'm using a Crucial T705 gen 5 SSD as a boot drive in the top slot. It has three other m.2 slots, which only support pcie gen 4. They all have heatsinks, and there are thermal pads included. With four total slots you'll probably be covered. It has some nice bonus features. There's a little button for releasing the graphics card from the slot without having to try and reach a little tab. There is a power button on the board in case you want to test it before wiring up the case. I find the BIOS nice to use and it pretty easy to make all the adjustments I want: RAM timing, CPU voltage, boot configuration, and fan curve. Newer AMD CPUs can almost always get a significant efficiency and performance improvement by dropping the voltage, which is pretty easy to do with this board. There's not much else to say about a motherboard. It works and it's reliable. I think this one is a good choice.

I was going to give this review two stars out of pity, but I just could not do it. I ordered one of these motherboards without noticing it was refurbished. It was the ASUS Prime. Too bad it looked decent but actually sucked. It had problems from the very start, but I assumed it was my fault, maybe from mounting the CPU cooler unevenly or something similar. The first problem was the boot process. It took far too long. The DRAM yellow light would stay on for ages before finally moving to the CPU light, where it would linger again. Then it would go back to yellow, then to red, and finally to white. This happened every single time I started my new computer. I could not play the games I bought this for without constant crashing, BSODs, RAM and CPU errors, and general instability. I tried everything, including multiple clean installations of Windows 11 and running optimization programs. Nothing fixed it this problem. Not even skipping memory training helped. Eventually, after cleaning my computer and reapplying thermal paste to the CPU cooler a month ago, three of the RAM ports stopped working entirely. No matter what I tried, only the second slot would work. At that point, I had to face the fact that the motherboard was broken. Unfortunately, it was well past the return window on Amazon. I regretted not buying directly from ASUS, and I am still angry about it. It lasted just long enough to put me outside any chance of a refund or replacement. I eventually bought a new motherboard, reinstalled the operating system from scratch, and upgraded to a new CPU cooler. It turned out the CPU and RAM were fine, at least as stable as EXPO allows. I no longer bother trying to run my RAM at the advertised speeds with EXPO since those require unstable overclocking. I also wish I had known earlier how unreliable EXPO can be. Long story short, do not waste your money on these refurbished motherboards unless you are ready to return it immediately if it turns out to be as bad as the one I received.

La verdad es que la tarjeta a funcionado muy bien, los disipadores mantienen muy bien la temperatura de los discos duros, es facil de conectar y va de lujo con un gabinete blanco, quiza ya tengamos mejores opciones en el mercado pero si la encuentras en oferta, definitivamente vale la pena.

Updated the bios to the latest at the time (1813) and its been solid. It booted up on the first go. I think it crashed the first day, but since then I haven't had any issues. It has a nice look if you're going for a black/silver aesthetic. It is hefty and seems like it uses quality components. Definitely worth considering if you want a "deluxe" board with a lot of IO options for old devices (eg. sata hd's and ssd's) and newer devices (eg. pci 5.0) without going for the ROG gaming lines and don't want to spend over $500. On sale, this board is a great value.

Overall a good Motherboard for todays bloated prices. Looks great if you want a white/silver & black look Sound card is good. Issues from start: did not boot or send image to screen due to Bios (Version 0613 ) being to old, it could not see the memory for 1 hour (i was eating dinner) it normally takes a few mins to boot first time as it has to detect the memory. Went to the next bios update (Version 0809) seemed fine but had random freezing and blue screens. As I installed windows I thought maybe the memory was bad or heat. Ran mem test and tested the (Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz C36 EXPO) memory and found a lot of memory errors. Was saddened by this as this was the first time I bought Corsair and always stuck to Kingston memory. The next day I tried the BIOS Version 0821 - and all is well I did reinstall windows again and boy it runs like a dream now. I'm running a 7600X with a Kinston M.2 gen4 2tb drive and man it is fast. even with normal boot mode. Hope it lasts as long as the other ASUS mobos. I've had and worked on. No joke, for ever... longer then you'd keep the system. Last one was 10 years and still kicking. I worked in a known PC shop and will always put ASUS above all the other brands as their failure % is way lower then ALL other brands. This is with my 13+ years as a system builder professionally . Hope this helps you guys and gals. You wont regret buying this MOBO. Its just Classy and sexy. and looks better then the ROG white one IMO.

Built entirely new system about a month ago, running Asus Prime X670E-PRO WiFi, Ryzen 9 7900X, G.kill Flare X5. Flare X5 DDR5 was not listed as supported but worked great right from the start. Great, solid board. My last Asus board is 10 years old and still running flawlessly, which was a big deciding factor. Looks great, running a month now without any issues, easy install, could use a few more back USB2/3 but that's just being picky. Good board, good price, pleased with the purchase.

like the title says it works like a charm but the ethernet port didn't work but that was a minor issue for me as I had several pcie ethernet cards laying around at home other than that it's perfect.
