This is a good product for all the migraine patients i suffer a lot during migraattack but the cooling affect is so good it gives me so much relief but do not rely on it, it just relaxes your mind but do not help in cure also do not keep it in freezer for llong time mine got ruined i kept it for long time.

Even after being deep-frozen for 4 hours, it provides cooling for only 10 minutes. and the product is not returnable also, so think twice before buying.
